A recent analysis of nursing homes across the country found that 11 states had nearly half of the care facilities within the state with failing grades. Nevada was on the borderline with 38% of the nursing homes having grades of 1 or 2 stars. According to the report by The Kaiser Family Foundation, Texas had the highest percentage of nursing homes with low scores. The report details one family’s struggles with care and the horrific conditions that exist at some nursing facilities. Heartrock Care can help!
